Over the past 2 years, I have lost 150 pounds. I did it by myself: no pills, no crazy diets, no reality shows... I still have about 60 pounds to go, so I thought it might be a good idea to start a (free) diet club. This would be a chance for us to guide and support one another. We meet every two weeks to share our struggles and successes. There is nothing in this for me except the opportunity to help others and, in doing so, continue on my own path to fitness. I am a stay at home mom and I love to work out and jog with my baby (in the stroller).
